Job Description
Voyant Beauty is seeking a Quality Specifications Technician to manage product documentation, ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements, and serve as a liaison between the company and customers.

Requirements

  • Manage product documentation
  • Ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements
  • Serve as a liaison between the company and customers
  • Create and manage Item Master and Item Branch Part Numbers
  • Develop and maintain bills of material (BOMs) in the system
  • Translate customer specifications into internal documentation
  • Create and format filling instructions
  • Manage documentation change control
  • Maintain repository files for customer and company specifications
