Job Description
Global Payments Technology within Enterprise Payments Treasury Products seeks a candidate to manage and own all aspects of the business and technical product vision. The ideal candidate must have strong product management skills as well as ability to set and promote strategy across various facets of the business as well as technology organizations.

  • Technical savvy with ability to provide guidance and make proper strategic design decisions
  • Interpersonal skills with proven track record of interacting with different groups and various levels of a large organization
  • Advocate and advance modern, Agile solution delivery practices and evangelize end-to-end design, engineering, and organizational practices
  • Manage the expectations and demands of a multifaceted business, and multiple stakeholders, whilst delivering improved product, BA, and design services across various Enterprise Payment functions
  • Accountable for product backlog management, prioritizing tech debt, regulatory, business enablement, and supporting audits
  • Lead cross functional teams of technologists and business analysts
  • Close collaboration with functional leads and with business leads across the payments lifecycle from inception to clearing
  • Documents HLD (high level design) and functional requirements using Agile SAF requirement hierarchies (deliverable, epic, story)
  • Ensures that execution delivery is aligned with product strategy
  • Creates an inclusive and healthy working environment, and helps to resolve organizational impediments/blockers
