Job Description
Role Overview

Contribute to the identification and cataloging of emerging technologies, support the development and production of the Technology Advantage critical enabler, and analyze how TA can support identified WDI Lines of Development.

What You Will Do

Prepare an initial draft Action Plan for the development of TA, support the definition of Initial Operating Capability (IOC) and Final Operating Capability (FOC), and support the creation of a TA community of interest.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, information and communication technology, or a closely related field, with a minimum of 4 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree from a nationally recognized university.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information and communication technology, or a closely related scientific or engineering discipline
  • 4 years of post-related experience
  • 2 years' experience in the acquisition, assembly, and interpretation of research & technology information
  • Knowledge of S&T information sources in nations
  • Experience in interpreting future S&T and EDT-related information
  • Practical experience with PC office automation products
  • NATO Secret Security Clearance or National equivalent
  • Demonstrated proficiency in English as defined in STANAG 6001 (Standardized Linguistic Profile (SLP) 3333 - Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing)
