Develop and refine technology and AI strategy, partner with business leaders to identify opportunities, analyze emerging trends, and assess opportunities for improvement. Provide strategic recommendations and support planning, prioritization, and investment discussions.

Requirements

• Significant experience in technology strategy, digital transformation, AI enablement, business transformation, management consulting, or a related field
• Strong understanding of technology, data, and AI concepts and their application to business problems
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues and develop practical, value-focused recommendations
• Experience evaluating business cases and connecting technology investments to business outcomes
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
• Proven success influencing stakeholders and building alignment across matrixed organizations
• Excellent communication, facilitation, storytelling, and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior leaders
• Working knowledge of responsible AI, data governance, cybersecurity, privacy, operational resilience, and regulatory considerations
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution
• Insurance, reinsurance, financial services, or other regulated-industry experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred
