Technology Analyst – Fund Platforms / Application Support

Requirements

• An advanced degree from a top university strongly desired.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Application Support, Financial Systems, or Operations Technology roles.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications and managing production support processes.
• Strong experience creating, managing, prioritizing, and tracking tickets in Jira.
• Experience working with SDLC methodologies, testing cycles, and issue management processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with C#, Java, or Python programming.
• Ability to coordinate effectively between business users, developers, QA teams, and external vendors.
• Experience with Business Analysis methodologies including requirements gathering, documentation, and testing coordination.
• Experience creating and managing tickets, issue tracking, and prioritization workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to independently drive issues through resolution.
• Familiarity with Agile project environments is preferred.
• Experience with AI tools - OpenAI, Claude or Cursor is preferred.
• Strong experience and comfort with SQL, including queries, stored procedures and automated database jobs.
• Experience with leading fund accounting and partnership accounting platforms is required.
• Investran or a similar system is strongly preferred.
