Role OverviewThe Technology Applications Manager will play a critical role in harnessing the firm's legal technology to support strategic goals and operational efficiency. This role exists to transform and optimize the firm's legal technology ecosystem by configuring applications, developing workflows, and implementing automation solutions that support operational excellence.
What You Will Do
The Technology Applications Manager will oversee the day-to-day management, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the firm's legal software platforms to ensure consistency, reliability, and scalability. They will configure SmartAdvocate and related applications by building workflows, templates, permissions, forms, automations, and releases that align with firm operations and leadership priorities.

Requirements
- Hands-on experience configuring and administering legal case-management systems or high-volume CRM platforms
- Proven success designing workflows, automations, integrations, and reporting solutions
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and train end users
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize initiatives
- Direct SmartAdvocate experience is strongly preferred; experience with Litify, Filevine, or comparable legal platforms is also valued
- Experience coordinating external technology vendors or implementation partners
