Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions. The role requires strong technical depth, architectural leadership, and close collaboration with business and delivery teams to drive enterprise CRM transformations.

Requirements

  • Define end-to-end Salesforce architecture aligned with business and enterprise IT standards.
  • Lead solution design across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom platforms.
  • Architect integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (MuleSoft/Boomi).
  • Provide architectural governance for Apex, LWC, Flows, and platform configurations.
  • Ensure scalability, performance, security, and compliance across Salesforce implementations.
  • Guide development teams on best practices, design patterns, and platform limitations.
  • Own data architecture, sharing models, security frameworks, and deployment strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and customers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Review code, conduct design walkthroughs, and mentor technical teams.
