Job Description
We are seeking a Technology Director - Marketing Technology to own the long-term technical vision and architecture for MarTech platforms, ensuring scalability, resilience, security, and alignment with enterprise standards.

Requirements

  • 12+ years in software/platform/enterprise technology with significant experience leading managers and multi-disciplinary teams;
  • Proven experience owning and operating large-scale, guest-facing or data-intensive platforms in complex enterprise environments;
  • Strong technical foundation across distributed systems, cloud architecture (Azure/AWS), APIs, streaming/event-driven data, and integration patterns;
  • Demonstrated success setting multi-year technical strategy and delivering roadmaps tied to measurable business outcomes and KPIs;
  • Hands-on familiarity with modern MarTech stacks (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Personalization/Interaction Studio, or equivalent);
  • Experience implementing privacy-by-design and consent management in regulated or privacy-sensitive environments (GDPR/CCPA/CASL);
  • Track record of developing high-performing engineering leaders and inclusive teams;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent practical experience; advanced degree a plus;
