Role OverviewAs a Technology Leader, you will serve as the technical expert and lead engineer for power electronics development efforts, including leading the design and development of advanced power electronic systems.
What You Will Do
You will lead the architecture, design, development, and testing of high-performance AC-DC, DC-DC, and DC-AC power converters, drive the development of advanced motor drive systems, and develop and implement sophisticated digital control algorithms.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university with a minimum GPA of 3.3
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience designing and developing power electronic systems
- Demonstrated experience designing, testing, and troubleshooting power conversion equipment at or above 100 kW
- Strong background in variable frequency drives (VFDs) and motor control systems
- Experience with power electronics design, simulation, laboratory testing, and system integration
- Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit design principles
- U.S. Citizenship is required due to U.S. Government ITAR program restrictions
