Role OverviewThe Technology Operations Engineer provides reliable, user-focused technical support and operational support across hardware, software, networks, telephony, and related systems. This role combines hands-on end-user assistance with proactive infrastructure support, documentation, security awareness, compliance practices, and continuous improvement to help staff remain productive and focused on delivering excellent patient care.
What You Will Do
Provide responsive technical support in person, by phone, by email, or remotely for hardware, software, operating systems, printers/scanners, peripherals, company phones, and common applications. Troubleshoot issues to resolution or escalate appropriately; update the helpdesk/ticketing system promptly and accurately.
