Job Description
The Technology Services and Security Intern provides technical support and maintenance to ensure secure, reliable, and innovative technology solutions for the Oklahoma State University community.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in college with an emphasis in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent bachelor’s degree program.
  • Academic or practical experience with Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems, including software installation and configuration.
  • Basic understanding of PC hardware repair.
  • Intermediate knowledge of common PC applications including Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience with Apple products (iPad, iPhone, MAC) preferred.
  • Aptitude for critical thinking, analysis, and troubleshooting.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Cooperative attitude with a desire to learn.
  • Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
  • Proven sense of humor and ability to have fun.
