Role OverviewThe Technology Solutions Specialist is a hands-on technology professional responsible for supporting the development and implementation of innovative, AI-powered solutions that improve operational efficiency, client experience, and business processes across ET GLOBAL's North American division.
What You Will Do
Collaborate with business teams to identify opportunities where technology, AI, and automation can improve processes and solve business challenges. Develop and implement end-to-end technology solutions that integrate business systems, cloud platforms, and client-facing applications.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development, cloud engineering, systems engineering, AI, solution architecture, or a related technical field.
- Demonstrated interest or experience with Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, automation, cloud computing, APIs, or modern software development.
- Hands-on experience developing applications, integrations, automation solutions, or technical projects through professional work, internships, coursework, hackathons, or open-source contributions.
- Working knowledge of one or more programming languages such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, Java, or similar.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Power Platform is preferred but not required.
