Role OverviewThe Technology Strategy & Operations Lead will assess, improve, and modernize processes, tools, and execution models used to deliver value across Core Infrastructure Services (CIS). This role focuses on operational efficiency, automation, and data-driven execution.
What You Will Do
Assess current processes and tooling, identify inefficiencies, build and maintain a strategic execution roadmap, leverage enterprise tools, and provide operational and analytical support.

Requirements
- 5+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience
- 5+ years technical acumen in enterprise infrastructure functionality, tools, and operational processes
- 3+ years experience using enterprise execution and collaboration platforms
- 3+ years experience using Tableau, including self-managed extract, transform, and load (ETL) processes and data modeling
- 5+ years experience translating data into actionable insights and solution-oriented recommendations
