Requirements

  • Proficiency in supporting Microsoft Windows environments and Active Directory
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable language for non-technical users
  • Ability to independently research emerging technical issues and propose effective hardware/software solutions
  • Strong commitment to customer service, teamwork, and maintaining positive working relationships under pressure
  • Ability to lift, carry, and install PC equipment
  • Six months of experience in advising and assisting computer users in a distributed computing environment, or associate degree or certification in Computer Science or a related field with three months of experience
