Requirements
- Standard high school diploma or satisfactory completion of an approved General Educational Development (GED) Testing Program
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in supporting computer systems related to digital environment
- Proficiency in basic hardware and software troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Windows, Mac, and iOS operating systems
- Installing and maintaining software applications
- Managing and maintaining computer network systems
- Supporting enterprise applications used in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, presentations, and electronic mail, cloud storage, and other related applications
- Effective communication
- Computer skills as required for the position
