Role OverviewThe Technology Systems Administrator deploys, manages and supports the organization's technology assets, including infrastructure, network, server, storage, security, and cloud technologies. The position is responsible for overall end user support, maintenance plans of IT infrastructure systems, and the overall improvement of user experience, systems security, performance, capacity and reliability.
What You Will Do
Ensure systems availability, reliability and integrity by monitoring, maintaining and improving related system aspects. Implement roadmap plans for IT infrastructure, end-user compute, SaaS platforms and applications, servers, network, storage, including capacity, obsolescence and lifecycle activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, engineering or related program
- Minimum 1 year of directly related experience in enterprise environment
- CCNA, CCSP, MCSE, NIST CSF experience required and certification is preferred
- Data Center and IT systems administration experience required
- Knowledge of common IT solutions from leading technology providers
- Experience in support and maintenance of Windows Server, Linux Server, MS Azure, and VMware technologies is required
- Experience with MS SQL Server administration desired
- Office 365 implementation and administration, or similar, required
- Network Infrastructure design, implementation, and management including routers, load balancers, and firewalls is required
- Experience with solutions from Palo Alto, VeloCloud, and Meraki is desired
