Direct Counsel is seeking a Technology Transactions Associate Attorney to join an Am Law firm in Atlanta. The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of experience handling corporate and commercial matters involving technology and intellectual property.

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of experience in technology transactions and IP matters
  • Significant experience advising on IP and technology issues in corporate transactions
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills
  • Active membership in the Georgia Bar
