The Technology Transactions Associate will lead and negotiate complex technology and commercial transactions, advise clients on blockchain and crypto-related deals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on high-value transactions.
What You Will Do
Lead and negotiate complex technology and commercial transactions, advise clients on blockchain and crypto-related deals, draft and review commercial agreements and technology contracts, identify and manage IP, regulatory, and risk considerations.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of technology transactions experience, a strong background in blockchain/crypto matters, and a deep understanding of IP, commercial, and risk issues in tech deals. Excellent drafting, communication, and organizational skills are also required.
