Job Description
Techpack Designer needed for fast-paced manufacturing company specializing in apparel and industrial textile products. Hands-on production role for candidates with industrial sewing experience and strong eye for detail.
Requirements
3+ years of professional sewing, garment construction, and technical design experience
Advanced experience with industrial sewing machines (single-needle, overlock, specialty machines)
Strong background in pattern drafting, garment construction, and fit adjustments
Experience reviewing and managing production workflows to eliminate bottlenecks
Ability to interpret blueprints, spec sheets, and production documentation
Experience modifying patterns and measurements to maintain production flow
Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven manufacturing environments
Reliable, punctual, and able to support team-based production operations
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and production tracking tools preferred
Strong attention to detail and quality control standards
