Role OverviewEngage and inspire young people to learn and grow to be responsible adults. Oversee the core programs of the Club for youth ages 11-18. Responsible planning, developing, and implementing high-quality programs and activities that are positive and engaging for teens of all identities, genders, and interest areas.
What You Will Do
Plan, organize, and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly activities and programs that prepare youth for success, promoting the safety of members and quality in programs at all times. Oversee at least two dedicated teen programs, coordinate college and career readiness activities, and promote teen participation in all activities.

Requirements
- College degree preferred, 1-2 years of post-secondary education or professional experience required.
- Knowledge of youth development and the ability to identify student needs.
- Minimum 1 year of experience planning and implementing high-quality, engaging programs for youth.
- Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships and motivate youth.
- Ability to communicate with professionalism and work collaboratively with others.
- Ability to communicate with respect and honesty with members' parents.
- Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check.
- CPR and First Aid Certifications required within 90 days of hire.
