Job Description
The Summer Camp Counselor is responsible for the supervision, health and safety of an assigned group of children ages 5-12. This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work with children in a supervised setting.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 18 years of age
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • One year of experience working with children in a supervised setting preferred
  • Proof of a negative TB test within the last two years
  • Certification in CPR/First Aid/AED/O2 prior to first day of working at camp
  • Complete and maintain required trainings upon hire and annually thereafter
  • Satisfactory completion of a criminal background check, sex offender registry check, and Child Protective Services check
