Role OverviewAs a Telecom Drill Bores Operator, you'll be responsible for operating drill equipment to install underground telecommunications cables and infrastructure. You'll work in a field environment, connecting you to great benefits. You'll be part of a team that values safety, training, and professional development.
What You Will Do
Determine bore path and locate utilities, safely operate and control equipment, verify existing utilities, utilize 'Mud' mixing systems, develop and maintain a bore schedule, and perform work in all weather conditions.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You'll need to be 18 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license. You'll also need experience with drilling equipment and physical abilities to work in confined spaces and remote locations.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Authorization to work in the United States
- High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience
- Valid state driver's license
- Valid Class A Commercial driver's license with tanker endorsement or willingness to obtain it
- Experience with drilling equipment
