Job Description
Humboldt Park Health is seeking a full-time Telecommunications Operator to join their team. The operator will be responsible for directing the flow of incoming/outgoing calls, answering calls immediately, and connecting calls to the appropriate extension. The operator will also provide relay services, interpretive services, and perform clerical duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, ability to concentrate, and ability to work as part of a team.
