Role OverviewWe are seeking a Neurologist who is licensed in New Hampshire to provide virtual neurology care to patients, with a focus on memory care and dementia-related conditions. This is a contract, patient-facing clinical role; delivering high-quality, compassionate virtual care to increase patient access and reduce time to treatment.
What You Will Do
Conduct virtual neurology visits for new and existing patients, evaluate, diagnose, and manage neurological conditions, partner with NP and referring providers to develop and adjust patient care plans, maintain timely, compliant clinical documentation in the EMR, and escalate complex or urgent cases.

Board certified/eligible neurologist with experience diagnosing and managing memory disorders, dementia, or related cognitive conditions, prior telehealth experience, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Board certified/eligible neurologist
- Active, unrestricted medical license(s) in NH
- Experience diagnosing and managing memory disorders, dementia, or related cognitive conditions
- Prior telehealth experience
- Comfortable working independently in a contract (1099) capacity
