Role OverviewThis engineering technician position will be in support of Naval Surface Warfare Center Corona Division's missile telemetry data branch in their West Coast operations in Norco, CA. The technician will assist with telemetry system design, hardware logistics, and data collection for analysis purposes.
What You Will Do
Assist with telemetry system design, onload/offload/installation of telemetry gear, ship riding with telemetry lead engineer, and maintain data repository for the missile telemetry group.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must be a US Citizen, able to lift 50 pounds, and obtain a Secret clearance. Desired: 4+ years of US Navy experience, knowledge of electronics/computer components, and mechanical aptitude.
Requirements
- High School diploma or G.E.D.
- 4+ years' experience operating Windows Computers
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance
