The Telephone Operator works in a call center environment, handling internal and external calls, and providing customer service to patients and guests across the University Hospitals (UH) Health System.

Requirements

  • High School Equivalent / GED or Associates or Bachelors degree
  • 1+ years of customer service-related experience or office experience
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
