The Telephone Operator works in a call center environment, handling internal and external calls, and providing customer service to patients and guests across the University Hospitals (UH) Health System.
Requirements
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Active listening and excellent verbal communication skills
High School Equivalent / GED or Associates or Bachelors degree
1+ years of customer service-related experience or office experience
