Job Description
The In Room Dining Telephone Sales Agent is responsible for handling incoming room service calls in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner. This role involves taking guest food and beverage orders accurately, providing menu recommendations, and coordinating with the kitchen and delivery staff to ensure timely service.

Requirements

  • High School diploma, or equivalent GED required
  • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age to serve alcohol
  • Past serving experience required
  • Certification of alcohol awareness program, training in food, wine & liquor service is preferred
