Role OverviewThe Telephonic Medical Assistant works under direct supervision, providing 100% telephonic patient care within the Experience Center. This role supports staff, providers, and patients through a team-based approach, performing patient care-related communication, clerical tasks, and coordination of services.

Responsibilities include implementing standing orders, processing medication refills, facilitating care coordination, ensuring accurate documentation, and promoting a seamless patient experience.

Requirements
- High School or GED
- Certification of Medical Assistant Training Program
- CMA/RMA Certification/Registration
- BLS/AED Certification
- 5+ years of experience as a Certified Medical Assistant in a healthcare setting
