Requirements

  • Provide exceptional member service
  • Perform and document over the counter transactions
  • Understand and determine acceptability of negotiable items and member identification
  • Identify and address member questions and concerns
  • Assist with lobby management traffic
  • Maintain cash drawer and balances
  • Able to assist or lift 50-pound bags of coin
  • Stand for extended periods of time
