Job Description
First Credit Union is looking for a Teller to provide exceptional member service, process transactions, and maintain financial records. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, accuracy, and attention to detail, with a passion for helping others and building relationships.

Requirements

  • Welcome members to the credit union with a friendly, respectful, and professional approach
  • Receive and process share drafts, checks, and cash for deposits into member accounts
  • Cash share drafts/checks, process withdrawals, and disburse funds after verifying member identification and account balances
  • Maintain an up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge on all credit union products and services
  • Promote, explain, refer, and cross-sell other credit union services
  • Receive/process consumer loan, credit card, home loan, and other payments
  • Reconcile cash drawer or recycler at the end of each day
  • Process night drop & mail deposits/payments daily to member accounts
  • Conduct outbound communication with existing members for follow-up, cross-sell opportunities, promotional offers, and campaign engagement
