The Teller is responsible for performing member transactions in an efficient manner, while providing an exceptional experience, and maintaining confidentiality concerning member accounts.

Requirements

  • High school education or GED
  • One month to twelve months of similar or related experience
  • Completion of required training courses
  • Proficient in MS Office and computer skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Analytical, problem resolution, and decision-making skills
  • Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and a quick learner
  • Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent member service skills
