Job Description
The Teller I assists members and potential members with their Credit Union financial needs, both in person and on the phone. The role involves processing member transactions, resolving questions and concerns, and promoting Credit Union campaigns.

Requirements

  • Six months or more of cash handling experience
  • Six months or more of customer service experience
  • Six months or more of Teller experience (preferred)
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365
