Role OverviewAs a Teller I/II, you will perform limited transactional duties to serve members by receiving or paying out funds with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency using a computer. You will provide basic cash receipt and payment services to the member in accordance with credit union policies and procedures. You will maintain accurate transactional records and balance each day’s cash drawer according to the Teller Accuracy Guidelines.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include handling large amounts of cash, paying attention to detail, counting cash, replenishing cash, and balancing transactions. You will also be responsible for referring members to Member Service Representatives to obtain product information and/or services that best meet their financial needs.

Requirements
- High School Diploma (general studies) – Required
- General Education Degree (GED) – In Lieu of H.S. Diploma
- Six (6) months Cash Handling/Sales/Customer Service/Teller Experience - Required
- Twelve (12) months Cash Handling/Sales/Customer Service/Teller Experience – Required
- Adherence to BSA, Privacy Act & Elder Abuse reporting is a REQUIREMENT.
- Proficient written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to Learn and Apply Procedures.
