Teller

Operates a Teller window by providing prompt, efficient and accurate customer service, maintains security of a cash drawer; represents the Bank in a courteous, professional manner alert to customer needs, cross-sells bank products, and refers customers to the appropriate staff.

What You Will Do

Maintain a strict standard of confidentiality involving all transactions, promote and maintain positive relations with all contacts, customers and potential customers, comply with all department and company policies and procedures, contribute to the fulfillment of department and company objectives and goals.

Must possess a team-oriented attitude with a desire to see success in themselves and others, develop a working knowledge of all bank products, observe suspicious behavior and report any such activity to head teller and/or security personnel as appropriate.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic Accounting knowledge
• 6 months of cash handling and balancing money transactions within prior four years
• Communication skills in dealing with customers and employees
• Satisfactory Credit Bureau and Background Check Report
