Role OverviewThe Temporary Assistant Director of Nursing supports clinical operations, empowers nursing teams, and ensures safe, compassionate, and high-quality care for residents. The role involves collaborating with the Administrator, management staff, and consultants to plan all aspects of nursing operations.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include assisting the Director of Nursing, monitoring nursing unit activities, communicating policies effectively, evaluating performance, and providing constructive feedback. The role also involves developing and maintaining positive relationships with residents, family members, staff, and the interdisciplinary medical team.
