Job Description
We are seeking a Temporary Audio Technician to join our team at Northland Hearing Centers, Inc. (referred to as “Starkey Retail”). The role will involve providing support to licensed audiologists/hearing aid specialists, monitoring and facilitating testing with patients, and cleaning/adjusting hearing aids under direct supervision. Additionally, the role will require front desk duties, including customer service, sales, marketing, operational, and administrative functions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of customer service/patient care experience
  • One year of office management experience
  • Ability to develop knowledge of software systems including Excel, Word, and Sycle.net
