Job Description
Temporary Bilingual Kindergarten Teacher (K-8 ESL) position available at the William G Hibbard School. Responsible for instruction, specialized services, and support to students in the bilingual program.
Requirements
Successful completion of all student teaching requirements and coursework for the appropriate teaching license(s) issued by the Illinois State Board of Education.
Possession of an Illinois State Board of Education issued educator license with a bilingual endorsement in the grade level being taught.
Knowledge of subject matter, contemporary principles and practices of teaching, and classroom and behavior management techniques.
Ability to modify instruction to meet student needs, cooperate with school faculty and administration, and work effectively with students, parents, and guardians.
