Job Description
Temporary Commercial Attorney needed for a global professional services corporation in NYC. Will advise clients on commercial matters, draft agreements, and provide training. Hybrid role: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.
Requirements
Provides advice and counsel, negotiates, and drafts both domestic and international commercial, business and operational contracts
Uses and modifies standard forms and templates from a robust internal forms library
Develops and incorporates the implementation of new technology solutions
Provides training on issues relating to commercial law, contract formation and other legal subjects
Provides general legal advice to various departments within the organization
Collaborates on additional legal projects of interest
Raises the profile of the Legal and Compliance Department within IEEE
Continuously develops personal and professional skills
