Job Description
The Temporary Education Programs Coordinator supports The Wallis’ education initiatives by providing administrative, data management, and event support for school and youth partnership programs. This role involves assisting with record-keeping, preparation for matinee performances, and assisting with logistical operations like organization of supplies and passenger information. The position is part time, 12-15 hours per week, and requires flexibility to work occasional mornings.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in arts administration, education, event coordination, or related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
  • Comfortable working with educators, students, and community members.
  • Passion for the arts is essential to effectively execute this role.
