Role OverviewThe Temporary English Learner Prg Teacher is responsible for instruction, specialized services, and support to students for developing their ability to effectively perform courses of study in the English language. The teacher will be responsible for planning, administering tests, and assessing students' progress.

The teacher will be responsible for instructional planning, administering tests, and assessing students' progress. The teacher will also be responsible for developing and delivering lesson plans, establishing positive learning expectations, and evaluating students' progress.

Requirements
- Successful completion of all student teaching requirements
- All coursework required to obtain the appropriate teaching license(s) issued by the Illinois State Board of Education
- Appropriate Illinois State Board of Education issued educator license with a bilingual endorsement in the grade level being taught
