Requirements

  • Prior experience as a substitute teacher
  • Experience coordinating substitutes strongly preferred
  • Ability to teach and manage classrooms across a range of grade levels (Early Ages–Grade 8)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Dependable, flexible, and able to respond quickly to changing daily needs
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
  • Bachelor's degree required; education-related field preferred
