Role OverviewTemporary Healthcare Recruiter - Western NC is a vital role designed to provide best in class recruiting services to support RHA Health Services. The incumbent identifies and actively builds candidate networks through proactive outreach and works closely with colleagues and HR Business Partners through the full life cycle of recruitment from the creation of the search strategy to contract negotiations to ensure success of recruiting efforts.
What You Will Do
Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and advising on the best hiring strategy. Source potential candidates for hire through a variety of methods through networking, various social media platforms, connections with professional associations across the specialized and technical spectrums, to ensure attracting the best possible candidates.

Requirements
- 5 years of progressive relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- PHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or an equivalent professional qualification
- Workday ATS, MS Office, and Monday.com
