Requirements

  • Promote company and contact center values and culture
  • Act as employee and customer advocate ensuring a positive experience
  • Handle escalated customer concerns
  • Use common call center telephone and computer technology
  • Manage own work and assist other team members
  • Provide exceptional customer experience
  • Build relationships of trust and enthusiasm with customers
  • Scheduling test drives and following up with customers and dealers
  • Assist with specifications of vehicle and educate customers on products and services
  • Deal with complex situations and emergencies
  • Recognize when to seek advice or escalate a case
  • Deputies for Team Leader when Team Leader is away
  • Contributes performance management feedback to CX Operations Supervisor
