Requirements
Promote company and contact center values and culture
Act as employee and customer advocate ensuring a positive experience
Handle escalated customer concerns
Use common call center telephone and computer technology
Manage own work and assist other team members
Provide exceptional customer experience
Build relationships of trust and enthusiasm with customers
Scheduling test drives and following up with customers and dealers
Assist with specifications of vehicle and educate customers on products and services
Deal with complex situations and emergencies
Recognize when to seek advice or escalate a case
Deputies for Team Leader when Team Leader is away
Contributes performance management feedback to CX Operations Supervisor
