Job Description
Join the team at New Jersey's largest wine and spirits distributor! This is a temporary position as a Merchandiser to foster the merchandising, promotion, and selling of concept to assist sell-thru of specific products chosen by client suppliers.

Requirements

  • P.O.S. installation for client products
  • Shelf management for existing and new products
  • Rebate coupon distribution, installation, and removal
  • Cold-box management for client supplier's products
  • Restocking of shelves, cold-box, and displays
  • Log all efforts in an excel spreadsheet
  • Take digital or conventional pictures of efforts
  • Check e-mail regularly and reply to all e-mail within a timely manner
  • Conduct data surveys by size, price, or shelf position of specified product(s)
  • Assist in New Store product shelf placement and floor display set up
  • Assist in existing store make-overs and resets
  • Delivery product in a company vehicle
  • Set up displays and P.O.S. at trade shows
  • Help train new hires
