Role OverviewThe Temporary Project Manager, Digital & Ecommerce leads major digital and ecommerce initiatives for the Aspen One portfolio, with immediate ownership of day-to-day projects keeping businesses on track. This role will be a key partner and driver of planned website migrations and web redesign, including early involvement in planning a longer-term ecommerce platform migration.
What You Will Do
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of the website migration launching this winter, owning the project plan, vendor and internal workstream coordination, risk management, and go-live readiness. Partner with product team on scoping and planning for a longer-term ecommerce platform migration, including stakeholder alignment, requirements gathering, vendor/platform evaluation support, and early roadmap development.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business or equivalent professional experience in lieu of degree is required
- 5+ years of experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in digital marketing, ecommerce, or web platform environments
- Direct experience leading website migrations, redesigns, or platform projects from planning through launch
- Strong understanding of ecommerce ecosystems, web content management systems, and digital marketing channels
- Experience with external vendors or agencies, including scope, timeline, and budget accountability
