Role OverviewThe Temporary Regular Teacher (9-12 REG Math) will be responsible for the instruction, progress, and discipline of all pupils in assigned classes, under the supervision of the school principal. The teacher will perform related duties as required. The role involves instructional planning, implementing instructional methods, and maintaining accurate records of pupils' achievements. The teacher will also participate in programs to improve student attendance, promote anti-vandalism programs, and establish and maintain reasonable rules of conduct within the classroom and on school grounds.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities of the Temporary Regular Teacher (9-12 REG Math) include providing written lesson plans, preparing instructional materials, and evaluating pupils' progress. The teacher will also communicate with parents or guardians and counsel pupils on their academic progress, attendance, and conduct. Additionally, the teacher may coordinate and attend class field trips, work in extra-curricular and after-school activities, and utilize appropriate resources available in the community.

- Successful completion of all student teaching requirements
