Role Overview

The Temporary Resident Director lives with, ministers to, and provides support services directly to students. They supervise a staff of 8-20 Resident Assistants and Graduate Assistants, oversee all operational and programmatic activities of BC's residences, and adjudicate student conduct cases.

What You Will Do

The Temporary Resident Director is responsible for staff supervision, student development, community standards, operations, and on-call responsibilities. They model Jesuit and Catholic values, assist in staff selection and training, plan staff meetings, and advise staff on student interventions.
