Job Description
The Associate I, Retail Customer Host will provide a welcoming first impression, greeting customers as they enter the store and thanking customers as they exit the store. The Associate will be in contact with customers and is expected to be responsive in communication and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent is preferred
  • Prior Retail Store door attendant experience is a plus
  • Must have attention to detail and ability to make decisions
  • Ability to use basic technologies to be able to follow company standards
  • Must have strong communication skills and the ability to take initiative in a situation
  • Good customer service skills and a positive attitude are essential for creating a positive customer experience and ensuring safety and satisfaction
  • Ability to work a varied schedule which may include weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed with occasional overtime
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, especially in busy environments
