Role OverviewJoin Bachoco USA as a Tender Puller in the Debone Plant, working a 1st shift from 7:55 a.m. to 4:55 p.m. in Fort Smith, AR. As a production worker, you'll assist in the production of quality food products by performing various duties such as setting up and tearing down workstations, loading and arranging meat on processing machines, and maintaining a safe and sanitary work area.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include setting up and tearing down workstations, loading and arranging breast meat and/or tenders on high-speed processing machines, recognizing when machines are not functioning properly, visually grading product, and cutting out unacceptable products.

Requirements
- Ability to stand for a period of time, walk, and reach with hands and/or arms
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25-40 POUNDS
- Ability to work in wet and/or humid conditions, with exposure to loud noises and extreme temperatures
