Job Description
The primary function of the Tennis and Pickleball Guest Service position is providing first-contact customer interaction, including booking Tennis and Pickleball lessons and clinics, overseeing Junior Camp registration and check-in, checking in guests, selling merchandise, and cleaning and stocking the guest areas.

Requirements

  • Must have enthusiasm and excellent customer service, communication, and listening skills
  • Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality
  • Ability and willingness to present a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
  • Familiarity with essential phone & computer knowledge & skills
  • Must be detail-oriented, multitasking, efficient, and productive in a fast-paced environment. Must also limit mistakes under pressure
  • Flexible schedule, Including AM & PM shifts, weekends & holidays
  • Knowledge of Tennis or Pickleball is a plus
  • Help prepare snacks for Junior Camp
